NEW - - - SKVI Now Trading Exclusively on OTCQB
Beginning February 22, 2011 Skinvisible (SKVI) will be quoted exclusively on the new OTCQB www.otcmarkets.com with an icon reading, "OTCQB -- U.S. Registered."
This new designation is used for OTC-traded companies that are U.S. registered and reporting. The OTCQB will help investors easily identify SEC reporting companies such as Skinvisible that are current with their disclosure obligations. As of February 18, 2011, market makers that previously traded Skinvisible on the OTCBB began exclusively trading Skinvisible on the new OTCQB. We do not believe it necessary at this time to reapply for quotation on the OTCBB because of the new trend in trading on the OTCQB.
