Skinvisible Completes Financing to Launch New Product Lines

LAS VEGAS, Mar 11, 2004 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) --

Skinvisible, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SKVI) (Website: www.skinvisible.com ) announced today that it has completed a private placement financing for $550,000 arranged and closed whilst CEO Terry Howlett was in Geneva, Switzerland. The Proceeds of the Private Placement will allow the Company to immediately move forward in the following areas:

1. Seek Patent Protection under the same filing format as the US for its proprietary 'Invisicare'Polymer Delivery system in the whole of Canada, Europe, China, India, Japan and Australia as allowable under the existing PCT treaty.
2. Complete the development on several new topical products including a new DEET free mosquito repellant. The West Nile Virus carried by mosquitoes is projected to reach the west coast of North America this year. In 2002 over 284 people in the US died after contracting the Virus.

3. Establish a European presence by entering into marketing agreements with established companies in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.

4. Launch its recently developed line of Tanning Products including its Sunless Tanning Spray Product for Airbrush Tanning. The Sunless Tanning market is projected to exceed $1 Billion in sales in 2004 in the US alone. Skinvisible's proprietary formulations all utilize the company's 'Invisicare'Delivery system.
5. Package the Antimicrobial Hand Sanitizer; the SPF 30 Sunscreen and the DEET free Mosquito repellant for sale in Canada through the Pharmacy/Drug Store market. Government agency approvals have been received to market in Canada for the products.

These plans are part of the overall strategy to expand into new markets, seek a new shareholder base in Europe in tandem with the company's activities in marketing the whole range of products in Canada and Europe. An integral part of this plan is the recent listing on the Frankfurt Exchange under the symbol SKL.
